In the case with Blake Anderson v. George Washington high school, the school should non suspend him for wearing a t-shirt that patronises
breast cancer research and awareness. Blake Anderson and his mother Mary Anderson sue the school hop on and Mr. Richards for a violation of
Blakes first amendment rights. I recollect Blake should be allowed to wear his t-shirt in the race to support breast cancer. The reasons I think he
shouldnt be in trouble is because he was non on school effort and didnt take place during school hours, it also was not disruptive in any way
He wasnt promoting medicine use for recreation, it was to promote medical usage only.
